On some of the wizards it would be nice to change the bitmaps to show the pathing as shown in the attached.
Just never got around to doing it. A little off the thread topic.......

Just loaded the screen and the additional wizards are nice and are additive. Haven't tried them out.

I don't know what is in Mach 2 and do not know anything about SW. I will  assume that it saves the drawing as ver 12 dxf.

Go to CONFIG>PORT & PINS>TURN OPTIONS and check the box Reversed Arcs in Front tool post.
That should solve the crop circle problem.

Anything you do to enhance something for the lathe would be always be appreciated.

I think there is, but, there just is not the volume of lathe users or folks doing threading out there.
I don't know.....maybe they are just a silent group of users.....

Quick Threads was included in the threading write up i did. There are a number of options out there for
generating threading code.

Not really, just make a note of your configuration and settings so you can re input them into Mach 3.

Is it possible to get an example of how to program a cutter radius code with all commands?

There is a write up in Members Docs called ARC Motion which contains numerous examples of arc programing
 with the all basics. Even though it's for a lathe ( G18 ) you can apply the basics to the mill ( G17 ).

As far as compensation, do a search as i remember Graham provided an good example.
There are some rules associated with compensation as Gerry replied and the best would be to have a look at a good reference like
Peter Smid's programming Handbood.

I don;t know what you mean by SW ( Solid Works? ).
LC imports the dxf, you create an offset from the original profile based on on a defined tool, then the code generated takes into account the tooling. You only post code for the offset. I never used Mach 2 ....so can't help you out there.

I know nothing about SW...maybe you want to upgrade Mach version as your somewhat way back in time.
