Jeff,
LC manual only covers the importation of dxf files. Your on your owne for anythhng else unless someone has fooled with it.
A umber of folks use Vectric and probably help you with that software.

What version of LT are you using? It should be the one noted in the manual on page 6 of 50.

Are you using the dxf file that you posted in reply #2?
If not please post the dxf file you used for reply #8.

Yep looks good ....but ...just having a negative reaction to it.....

Why even bother purchasing the gcode, just buy it already done!

How to make money .....sell your gcode!
How to make more money....sell multiple copies of the same gcode!
How to make even more money .......have others do the gcode and sell the copies!

Hmm....Maybe just sell one copy of the gcode at 10x regular price and call it a Limited Edition

A few comments:
- The diamond tool can't cut the ball on the back side as defined. It will gouge. LC adjusts the pathing accordingly to avoid the gouging.
- You are only doing finishing cuts. A combination of rough and finish cuts should be done.
- You will need to use a combination of different tools to cut that profile.  A button with a radius no larger that the smallest profile radius will work
  or a point tool with side radius's larger than the largest radius on the profile will work also.
- The clearance from the profile shown in your pic would be .4 since it using the tip radius to pre-compensate the code.
   Zoom in and place the tool on the path closest to the profile and you will see that the controlled point / tip center lies on the path and that the cutting edge
   is on the profile.

Seems the stepper must be getting some kind of signal such that they will change the existing holding position.
The question is what is causing it and that could be a number of different things.

Could be something is triggering the current disable on the drive, maybe disable current limiting of the drives ( not sure about the G302V but you can do that with the G201 via a jumper). If wires from the drive to the motors are shielded then conductive / inductive noise pickup should not be a problem.
