I'm on my way to solve the problem.  It seems that the resonance was in equilibrium with the tangential curve of electron backfiring.  The positrons combined with the neutrons and created a white matter that nullified the dark matter and henceforth created a inertial curve within the time and space dimensions, leaving a solitary, three phase voltage centrifugal curvature.  I have now understood after lots of days in and days out, I have finally concluded everything came out from nothing.  To state briefly, my CNC evolved.  Hopefully you too can correlate between the time and space pulse direction and create matter out of your CNCs.  Today my friends, don't take it lightly, try the hockey puck  yourselves.

What reference source did that come from?

Rich are you saying as your running copycat automatially moves z axis or are you talking part cleaance like as non flat piece.

Part clearance. You want enough resolution / magnifaction for accuracy and at the same time you want the field of view to be big enough
so you can see what or where your at. The working distance is fixed since if you were to change the Z axis heigth you won't be viewing the exact same spot.
The Xbox plug in allows the view to be reversed or show the image erect.

General Mach Discussion / Re: Cam Bam Post Processor to Mach3

The post processor is used by Cambam to adjust the generated code so it is appropriate for Mach use and not some other controller.

Does that camera allow for adjusting the focus and when done are you limited in the relief  ( distance from camera front to viewd piece)?
Besides magnification you also want some working distance. That's why I use a cheap web camera with manual adjustment along with a magnifying lense
and can get a good comprimise on the working distance.

Don't think you want to change magnification or adjust as that will change the actual viewed location........

The XBOX 360, which is a handheld game controller, acts like 2 mpg's and can be configured numerous ways to yor liking.
So it easy to go from slow to rapid movement or just creep into position. This allows you concenterate on movement and is natural in use.
Thus it saves time when using Copycat to trace out an outline of the object.

Tangent Corner / Re: About Motors

Russ,
Right on in saying all the little things add up and need to pay attention to detail.

One of the things that would be interesting to do is see / test out all the details ( and there are a lot of them) to have a flavor of  each influence.
Could probably do a spread sheet to mimic senerios.
Note that if a belt dosen't dosen't slip or is not pefect in grab it would be quite repeatable per each revolution.
You would find that belt adjustment / tension will affect steps per unit and would do likewise the same relative to output RPM.
Tough to test properly.

I would suggest that you add an Xbox 360 to be used along with the camera.
Have fun .....

General Mach Discussion / Re: mach3 version for 4 Axis?
« on: March 06, 2014, 07:38:01 AM »
Jun,

There is only one Mach3 Software. Mach4 which is in development will have different levels of use.
As revisions  to Mach3 are done it gets a different version number.

Just a comment on my reply.
I have never used a button tool here. It's rather confusing and think the intent way back whenever was a bug in thinking.
I would probably input the radius of the button tool for the IC instead of using a G52 to offset it. Would have been nice if the
tool was shown to scale in the graphics area of LT.

Enjoy Dolphin and don't try to compare the two lathe programs.
