Hmm....
Haven't tried it but you should be able do it with LazyTurn.
The tool will need to be ground for the V.
LazyTurn should generate code such that the tool pathing would be back and forth progressing into the v slot and
then a fiinish finsh cut folowing the V profile to clean it up.
Just something that came to mind,
