I have done what you said. I have discovered that with all the axis homes enabled, I can reset.  As soon a I enable anything else, I can not reset, even with the limit switches disconnected.

I did as you said, but now I can't reset the E Stop from the screen.  There is no physical E Stop switch.

I have wired all of the limit switches in series, X,Y,Z, checked them with Ohm meter, readings are as they should be, wired to breakout board Grnd. to Grnd., the other to pin 12.  How do I set up the pins and ports on the software for them to work.

Yes, they were working before limits set-up.
Trying to move from keyboard.  Dro's move, but not the motors.
Have not tried MDI command yet.
Have disabledports and pins.

I just started setting up my machine after rewiring for limits, and now I can't get the motors to move.  I am using Probotix 3 axis system, all of the board lights come on normal, have checked the power outputs as described, but the motors will not move.  I tried hooking up one motor at a time, using the last motor tuning info. , which was working, but now the motors work move.  I have even un-wired the input wires to the limits, but still motors do not move.  What do I check Now..........
