Hello Ron,
 Wondering if wizards will use the new comp code, and will they use G41,G42 commands without the P word command?
Reason being is, I remove the P command and type in my tool diameter on the Program Run Screen in Mach,under the Tool Information Block.This offsets program to new Tool Diameter.
I do this to tweak program if i did not hit my size of part.Or to sneak up on size of part.

Well you don't really make 8 different wizards. You setup the wizard and just change 1 value for each loop. When you exit the wizard will compile all the loops into 1 file.

An option would be to program a parametric macro that would allow you to program the variables before it ran. You could set thread pitch,cutter diameter, finish diameter, cut depth per pass and depth and mach would run the loop untill the final diameter was met and end the sub.

Just a thought, (;-) TP

So if i have a thread that is .040 deep in hard steel,i need about .005 passes,then i would make about 8 different thread wizards?

I am after a option within the wizard to take multiple passes.As when cutting hard steels ,alot of  times you have to take a .005 depth of cut at a time.And to do this with a bunch of Thread Mill Wizards, it would get cumbersome.As thats what iam doin now :)

Can the unneeded Tool Comp Moves be done away with?Below is a program that does 2 Cut Rectangles that uses same tool.I have edited it to remove the unneeded Comp moves and other editing.

Got the comp problem to repeat about 3 times in a row. Just tried to do it again, and now the problem wont repeat. :-\ Got me whats up.

Dont know why but when i Make a Gcode from Cut Rectangle wizard ,and run program for first time i get a very odd tool comp.But if i stop program, and reset program,the next time i run program the comp move works fine.
