Dont know if this belongs in LC forum or here, but I´ll try it here

Just upgraded to Mach 3 v 2.60, but now I get all sorts of strange  toolpath, NOT AT ALL what i draw i acad or posted from LC.

Hey guys

Long time, no action:)

Finally got the time to finish my 2nd machine. and here are some pictures vmax and Brett.( BTW thanx again Brett for helping me set up my 2nd paralellport, works like a charm)

The problem I have now is that I upgraded Mach 3 from v 2.00.65 to tha lockdown version 2.60.

And then my TCP button that you guys created for me dissapeared.
Tried putting the modified 1024.set file in the mach forlder but no succsess.

Could one of you mabye take a look at the attached file and put the same function into my screenset for this new version sometime if you find the time.

I would greately appriciate it.

Thanx guys

General Mach Discussion / Safe and accurate homing speed
« on: November 20, 2007, 11:28:02 AM »
What speed would be safe to run during homing and still get an accurat homing?

Mabye this is like asking: how big is a car?

I run rapids/max speed of 7500mm/m, and are currently homing at 50%.

Are there any answer to this without testing with a dial?

My homing switches are inductive switches that run through a plc

Are there any way of making the axis creep ofsensor , say 10 mm, after homing and then zeroing?

General Mach Discussion / Re: Help Please with lazy Cam/auto Cad
« on: November 02, 2007, 01:03:38 PM »
Old thread, but had the same problem......closed the file in autocad, and the opened it in LC, no problems then.

Mabye it had something to do with it beeing open in write mode in AC, even if it was saved thou

so there where multiple lines on top of each other?

I have Autocad, but zoomed in, and did not find any duplicate lines, but i must have missed the spots where they where?

Looks like you were a little trigger happy with the delete button... ;)....some of the lines are missing....an airplane without rudders:)

Thanx anyway
