When editing a screen I usually have Mach3 running as well as the editor and reload the screenset often to check things I have edited.

Using Screen4 this works OK but when using MachScreen, Mach3 is not able to load the graphic elements. BMPs, PNGs, etc.

So I must close MachScreen before checking the layout in Mach3.

Is this able to be fixed?

What Hood is referring to is this,

If you have a LED with a transparent button taking up the same screen space then you must assign a transparent png to the button.

Otherwise the LED will not show change of state reliably.

Yes as part of your initial setup you select the native units.  Once that is set to metric then steps per unit,  soft limits, etc. will be in MMs

Go to the top of this page and get the "Mach3Mill Install and Config Guide" found under support/documentation.

That will give you a good start.

I seems to me that the dotted line and background colour only go as far as to encompass any components on that page and not necessarily to the frame extents.

Where it becomes confusing in your example is that some of the components at the bottom of the page are actually considered to be on page 0.

That is they are shown on all screens.  Every component that "shows on all screens" are on page 0.

Hey Gerry where did you get OEM LED 817 ?

It works but I can't find any reference to it. 

The only ones I can see is 54 for CV on,  56 for CV off

Something is not right with the text in labels.

Following pics are of the same screen in Mach3 and in MachScreen

There is only one label on the page called "Text"

As you can see in Mach3 it fills it's box and in MachScreen it does not even sit inside the box

I do wonder why Zenbot are not helping you with your new machine.

If they are button scripts then you can edit them from inside Mach3 so that is easy.

The problem is not with the Zenbot I am missing a setting some where in Mach 3 that is causing the accumulating positive shift of 0.0015 that is not showing up on DRO's. 

No I don't know of any Mach setting that I have not already suggested.

Glad you have it working to your satisfaction now.
