Could there be a unknown program stealing cpu or ram from mach 3 in windows xp?

I haven't heard of it before. Are you sure your steps per are correct and that you are not loosing steps?

I'm not sure about Mach 2 but I do kow it will work with Mach 3 and Mach 3 is much better. You don't need to buy another licenses for it. These guys are that generous.

I would contact Gecko and ask for new connectors. They are real good to work with and will most likley get them right out. A good bunch to work with.

Hey Lee,
    A couple of other things that may help or you might want to check. Your connections on the geckos. The blue connectors push on to pins. You can pull them off and rotate 90 degrees and push back on. I have seen some blue connectors that had a bad connection. Also, twisting, (braiding) your wires may help and if you have to cross another wire, run it across as close to 90 degrees as possible And try not to run them parallel to one another.

Hey Vista,
      If you hit the reset button on your Mach screen can you Jog off of the switches then? Have you assigned any as your home switches? A limit can pull double duty and be a home too. You don't need to buy another licenses for that. These guys are just that nice. Copy your licenses file from your office to your machine.
