Hey Jeff,
    As far as mountig the Galil, You should be able to bend the tab at the bottom and screw it through your panel you mount the MOBO to if the stand-offs aren't too long. I used 4-40 X 1/8 stand-offs to mount my MOBO.

Hey Lemo,
    Set your zero to where ever you want that is repeatable. The table, the base of the fixture, anywhere as long as you know your offset. What cam software are you using?

Hey Monty,
    I just tried the ref all home after running some code and it all works well.  So did my spindle and flood relays. I could toggle them at any time and they worked as they should. I wonder if the dwell settings are causing your problems with the coolant. I wouldn't think so as that pertains to the spindle. I don't think these are coming from the software or firmware. If you would, post your new xml, screen set, and also, what version of Mach are you running? 2.0.0??

Monty,
     Have you checked the voltage across the switches with them open and closed. This might give some clues. Hook the meter to one that is giving trouble and try to home and note all the readings. Only two I hope. Voltage, not continuity.

Monty, this all very weird. I have worked the spindle and coolant relays without trouble as well. I will do some testing tomorrow.

Hey James,
Here is how you do the math. I will give you mine as an example. What we need to know is, How many pulses from Mach will it take to move the machine 1 of your units? (inch,mm) Mine is in inches. 1 inch = 10,000 pulses on mine. This is how I came up with the number.
My steppers have 200 pulses per revolution. ( 360 degrees divided by 1.8 degrees = 200 )
Micro stepping = 10. So 200 X 10=2,000
Motor to screw gearing is 1-1. So 2,000 X 1=2,000
Screw lead is .200 of an inch. My screw will have to turn 5 rounds to move the nut 1". 1.0 divided by 0.200=5. So 2,000 X 5=10,000.

You can also loook on the settings page just above the reset button and click on the set steps per button. It is an automated helper for this.

    I looked at this the other day right after you posted it and replied but I see it didn't make it.
