Hey Evan,
You ever thing about upgrdeing to Mach3? You use the same licenses.

You will have to manually put all of the settings in though. A xml from Mach 2 will not work in Mach 3. Did you happen to hook up a wireless network after moving the machine?

I now have a MPG and would not trade it for anything, but I had a $15.00 gamepad at first (and still use) that I like a lot. This is a link to the thread about it.

Hey Peter,
This is a known bug that is being looked at. The work around is to simply home each axis individually. On mine, when I lowered the accel in motor tuning, it homes 90% of the time as it should.
