 In the scaleing DROs, right beside the axis DROs on the program run page, do you have a 1.000 in those or a -1.000? Can you post your G-code here for us to see? This is a link to a thread that will help you with posting attachments.

George,
    G61 is exact stop mode and G64 is CV mode. Either of these will over-ride settings you have changed. Do you see any G61s in your code? Can you post the G-code for us to see?

Good to hear Bob,
     A post processor basically generates code the way a certain machine likes to see it. You may be able to make your own postprocessor by coping one and editing it to your liking or some cam packages actually have post generators, kinda hold your hand and walk you through it deal.  For some reason, I had to seperate my G0 rapid moves on mine at some point. I had to but the z on a seprate line from the x and y. I think it is because my knee is soooooo slow and I also had to change the way it generates code for arcs. Dolphin might write you a post processor for use with Mach or they may have one allready, what ever the case, let us know so we can post it. We have a place just for post processor for Mach. Their might be one there that you could use now. Here is the link.

Hey Bob,
   Can you post the Gcode that gives you the huge circles? Also, you might want to look in general config, IJ mode, almost center of the page, try changing that and see if it helps.

Hey Fabiano,
     If your fastest axis can run at 25KHz, there is no need to go any higher on the pulse rate. The pulse rate does not increase with the a higher number of axis. 25Khz mode will run 6 axis at 25KHz.

Hey Fabiano,
    I have a few questions. You keep saying PPR. By this, do you mean steps per revolution or steps per unit? Are you set up in inches or mm as your default unit? I assum mm. Do you still have the steppers hooked up or the servos? What is your gearing for both set ups? What drives do you use for each, microstepping? If so, how much, 10, 8,2? Can you post both XMLs? Have you tried it at 25KHz? If you go to a higher pulse rate in Mach, do you reboot and does it stay at the higher pulse rate after you reboot? Can you run a driver test and take a screen shoot?

   I don't think that moving to Mach 3 would fix the problem if it is network related, not certain though. Here is a link to a search I did on networks. i thin some networks mess with the PC timing.
