I'm not sure about this but, your not calling a pin number, your calling an output. Should be the same for the second port I think. What is it labbled as in ports and pins, outputs?

When you set it to 75, what pulse rate are you getting on the diagnostics screen? Check it with a fresh start, (when it is giving trouble) and after a start at 45.

Check your Macro for that profile on that machine. Also check in general config to see that the tool change options are set the same.

OK, Got some help from the Guru himself. This works, just make sure tah enable 1 is enabled in ports and pins. I tested it hear and it works a treat.
