We have added a new board. "Brains Development".  I encourage everyone to check it from time to time as this is the most powerful feature I have witnessed being added to Mach. The possibilities are nearly endless.

Look in the tutorials section. I tried to cover most of the soft limits settings in the G100 Set-up guide. The softlimit settings will be the same for your set up I think. What kind of hardware are you running?

Screen 4 should have came with Mach. If it didn't, look in the downloads section for it. It is a program for writing screens. THere are also tutors on it as well.

I think it is Peter Homan that has the MOD I/O board. PLCs, lots to choose from. Automation direct is a good place to start looking for those. Look at the DL06. There are lots of options, these are just a couple.
