Try this, In general config. top center is a box, shuttle accel. Try setting this number to around .05-.1 and set your backlash speed to 200% in the backlash set up. You may have to play with these numbers to get it the way you want, but should work.

Are you rapid jogging and it doing good? Hold down the shift key and then jog. Another thing is this, Mach can change directions faster running code than you can with the keyboard.

I think what Scott is trying to say is this, the timer is the same as holding the button in for 100 ms, no more and no less ensuring Mach sees it once and once only. It it weren't for the timer, you could hit the button very fast, less than 100ms and Mach may not see it. Depending on the timeing of the scan vs button press. If you held it in for 200 ms, Mach would recognize it as being hit 2 twice without the timer.

 The pulse on a one shot will only trigger one time for its duration, as long as the button is held
If the button was held for 10 minutes it would still only pulse once for 100ms
you have to release and repress to retrigger the oneshot as long as you dont press it faster than its pulse rate

Thanks Brett, do you mean up and down keys on the keyboard?

Yup, while on the motor tuning page, the up and down arrow keys will jog the motors and you can use the slider to adjust, should be able to hear them change as you slide the sliders. Can you post your xml for us to see?

While on the motor tuneing page, push the arrow up and down key to move the axis you have selected. The sliders are for tuneing accel. and vel. for the axis.

Try going to the diagnostics page and ref. each axis one at the time and see how that works. Have you looked at the G100 set up guide in the tutorials, documents section?
