Nope, been spending the summer with the kids while they are out of school. It will start back n a few weeks and then I'll be back on the Hurco. I may get it painted before then, but no hurry there. On the other hand, the kids are growing up fast. I got the paint and although yellow isn't one of the colors, flames are allways an option.

Ed, don't let Hood tell you one. He was ecstatic when I added a link to his site.  He felt he had a chance at fame and fortune when I did. 

BTW, I wouldn't pick on the color pink too much around Hood. I think it's his favorite.

Those flames are on a friends 73 Camaro I painted for him a while back.  It has a little 355.  Now, thanks to you, I have to paint my Hyster too. LOL

Did you save a copy of your xml file and did you put in the Mach 3 folder after reformatting? Did you also install the Gali Plug-in?

Do you have jog enable on? Center bottom of program run page you have a jog on/off toggel button.

Yup, looks like backlash to me. Have you checked it yet? Do you have a dial indicator?  Checking your backlash should be no problem if you have an indicator. Put the indicator on something solid. Jog your axis until you move the indicator to a reading of about half of its travel. Write down the reading on the indicator. Jog the axis in the other direction by a set amount, say .010" and see how much difference the indicator shows. If the indicator says you moved .005 and Mach says it has moved .010 then you have .005" backlash.
