Rc, I haven't downloaded and checked but what are the steps per set to for the axis not zeroing. This could possibly be the problem. If the math will not work out it may be haveing to register more or less than 0. If it can't be divided evenly it can only get as close as possible.

Greg, are you talking about OEM LED 805? I'm testing and trying to help verify. Are you setting the led up as system function "Pause" or useing an oem code?

If your so miserable you have to spend hours trying to figure out how to screw someone out of such a small amount of badly over due income for a program that is such a value in the first place your a sad individual.    The FREE demo is more than enough for users to decide weather it will be worth the cost.

Scotty, I wouldn't think you will need to reinstall Mach. Probably just a setting somewhere. Post in detail what your machine is doing and I'm sure someone will try to help narrow things down for you.

Well, it could be fixed in the software to a degree. But, they will both have to be perfect. All the steps per is is how many pulses Mach will have to send to move one unit. It doesn't matter if it takes 2 or 200,000 steps. But, certain numbers will not divide evenly into the motor or encoder steps leaving slight differences.  If you gear diameters are the same and the racks are the same pitch I'm guessing you have more backlash on one side than the other.

That will have to fixed with the mechanics. If the steps per are off, the difference will be accumulative. If everything is the same for each, they will have the same amount of steps per.
