A multi head machine will be no problem. You could set up a different profile for different heads. Doesn't sond like this is all your looking for though. Can you tell us more about how you would be using it? Will you sometimes be slaveing drills or heads together and not at other times? A picture or 2 would be nice too.

First problem I would look at is the limit switch. You won't be able to rapid jog or ref. the machine if it thinks a limit is already active. You want be able to set a zero position and return to it if the machine doesn't know where it is either. You may have a problem with noise, bad switch, wireing, ect. Look in the support tab at the top of this page, documentation and have a look at the manual. Also post you xml and the version number your running.

With Mach open click on operator button at the top of the screen and then "edit button script". The button will begin to blink. Click on it and the VB button editor will open. Paste the code from my last post in and save. Then close the vb editor.

Hey Sam, I did see this and felt your pain as well. The macro I have been using for a couple of years quit working one day after doing some testing. My self and many other posters in this topic will be kicking their self I'm afraid. It will be as plain as the nose on their face I think. I will give 1 hint................ SLEEP. LOL Tunnel vision can be a b*&#h....    If you will, try the below macro and let me know how it does.  The VB in Mach is running faster now so the sleep command will be a necessity in a lot of cases now.
