I'm not sure, depends on how the designer did it but I would guess you could drag the whole buttons folder into the C/: Mach3/Bitmaps folder.  Did it not come with a read me file or instructions on where to put them?

Yes, the place holders will be there but not the images because they are in the wrong location.

Can you open that screen set in a screen editor and see where the images are supposed to be?  I'm pretty sure the images are just in the wrong place.  If you havent changed the screen any from its original download, can you not download the screen again?

I think your bitmap buttons are in the wrong location.  In the other pc were the images in the Bitmaps folder or maybe a 6axis screen folder in the bitmaps folder?  You just need to put the bitmaps where the screen set looks for them.

Why is the 6 axis screen set in the plugins folder?  If it is just a .set file with the .set extension, just drag it into the Mach3 root folder.

Just playing with it here M5 turns the torch off.  You could also use block delete enable and edit your code for the block delete on the lines the M3s are on I think but best to let some of the plasma guys answer this for sure.

Most use a switchg like this I think.  http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Optek/OPB910W55Z/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMvQY0bpacMSodxFvo3SCOucBf2I2hQ%252bRnY%3d  I did not check the specs but this should give you an idea of what to look for.  You just need a switch that is the right voltage for your set up and can read as fast as your spindle can turn and wire it to your index input.

Sounds like your Bitmaps file has been misplaced.  You should have a Bitaps folder in your Mach root folder.  Is it there?  Are the images in the folder?
