I will have to look at it and see.  Our good moderator Rich made the spread sheet.  When doing the math to figure out your steps per you are only measuring units........ doesn't matter if it is an inch or mm.  What does matter is that if you have it set to native units of inch or MM, the steps per will be entered to what ever number you need for the table to move 1 inch or mm respectively.

Also, do you have a physical feed hold button?  If so, how is it connected to mach?  Might be picking up noise on that input but I would think it would be a little more random if that's it.

The ability to import a drawing and generate gcode from it was removed with the introduction of Lazycam which died in beta and is no longer supported.  If you need to generate Gcode from drawings you will want to look for a cad/cam package such as Vectirc, bob cad/cam or others.

Very nice topic all around Zafar.  You have done a great job on the machine and this topic.  I also really like the fact that you are following up with the customer.  That proves to me that your not just after the money and are truly interested in their satisfaction.  Bravo Zafar!

Thanks for being honest Jerry, I realize you took a hit in all of this as well.  The more we can expose those taking advantage of good folks like you the better the chances are that they will eventually have to fold up their phony business and go home.  Its pretty sad.  If I had to include a cracked copy of very affordable software with my machine to sell it..... I would think of doing something other than building machines.  What a pack of tossers.  The smart thing would be for them to load the demo and have the machine running good, in demo mode and leave it up to the buyer to buy a licenses.  I bet the customers would much rather have a machine that actually runs realizing they have to spend another $175 than a machine that still needs to be set up and still spend another $175.  I would file complaints with the BBB, credit card company, Paypal, any that I could.  If I bought the pc preloaded, I would not trust it either.  I wouldn't doubt they have preloaded spy ware so they can take further advantage of their customers/victims.
