Had a look at your profile, what screen set are you using?  Why are some of your axis motor outputs active low while others are active high?  Do you have the problem if giving them commands to move via MDI? How are you jogging? Hardware buttons, on screen buttons, keyboard.......

Hello Larry, welcome to the forum!

I have a few questions,
How does your driver test look?
Have you tried turning off the tool path display to see if that makes a difference? You can turn it off/on with the toggle tool path button by the reset button on the diagnostics screen.

The SS may not be necessary but would most likely fix it if either your driver test is bad or the PC is being taxed too much.  I would do a little more testing before I order any parts though I think but not sure what you have tried already.

When you click load file it ask you load a file and you can browse to it.  Just below this is an option that says files of type.  Click it and select all.

Arturo, Should the vfd be configured so that it uses only the analog for direction and speed?  At mid voltage (5V) it would be stopped. 5-0 would be varying reverse speed, 5-10 would be varying forward speed.  

Mike, hook your meter to the analog outs that would go to the vfd with things configured so you get 10 volts at full speed and 5 volts for half speed as you described.  With the meter hooked up see what the analog voltage goes to when you close mach.

I use a GS2 series drive from Automation Direct.  It is single phase in 3 phase out.  I control it via the digital inputs for manual FWD/Stop/REV and a speed pot from the control pendant switches or control FWD/Stop/REV and/or the speed from Mach via modbus.  Modbus makes for a clean install and if your not going to need to be able to swap around form auto to manual control it is pretty straight forward to set up.
