not sure if this will help, i used to get false triggers until i put 0.1uf caps to ground on all the inputs.

i've done this a few times with circular pockets in a panel, and as Hood has said post the wizard, goto edit and save it. Then open your program and goto edit and cut and paste the wizard into the program.

i had a problem like this, and the cure was a bad earth connection. This was on a conversion, so the fault was there from the start.

Forgot to post the conclusion on this guys.

Eventually i changed the original Denford analogue board for an aftermarket board and everything is fine.

It seems that the digital signal from Denfords original board is the opposite to the Mach3 signal.
