if the boxford runs just get a breakout board and use the existing psu and drivers. You'll need to interface the 12v logic on the drives to the 5v logic of the breakout board and add an isolated analogue board for the spindle, and that's about it.

LOL, a little bit far to just pop over...Try raising the debounce to 5000, if this works look for sources of electrical noise.

or even cheaper if you shop around. I've tried about thirty different parallel port cards from £1.50 to £30 and all have worked.

do you need one kflop for each drive or do they run multiple drives.?
