I'll have to bribe my kids to borrow their wiimote for testing :). I have usb bluetooth dongle with my pc too. I'll try to connect wiimote with my pc through this dongle today.

I'd love to give it a try for testing. I have a 3 axis mill. I am using Xbox 360 plugin on it for job setup and quick facing jobs. Waiting for your plugin to get ready...

Thanks for the compliment. Final testing is underway these days for another all electric pipe bender built from scratch. I'll post it's vids soon.

Thanks Lee for the update. I'll give it a try today sometime.

The settings are the same for all the 3 axes. In fact whichever axis I put on "right stick up down" control goes to 10% of other controls. This doesn't happen on another machine that I tried it on. I guess I'll try to uninstall and then install it again sometime.

Same controller, same driver, different machine. The "right stick up down" jog speed is 10% of the other axis. It's a 3 axis machine so this doesn't hurt. I am just curious about it.

Thank you Lee for such a nice and useful accessory. I tried it for he first time yesterday and within 5 minutes I could configure it to my liking. It is going to be the pendant on all my machines now. Only thing I noticed missing is the safe zone before the soft limits. The axes come to an abrupt stop at the soft limits unlike the keyboard jogs which decelerate within the safe zone. This would be harmful for stepper systems.

Yes, third servo is for the tool turret rotation. Tool rotation is not supported in this model.

The original motors and drives were from Siemens with analog +/-10V input. I replaced them with old Omron AC servos of matching torque and digital input drives.

Here's the youtube vid for the CNC turret punch project I finished recently. This project is using 19 I/O's apart from 3 servo motor. Used extra parallel port for these I/O's, screen4 for designing the screens and a lot of hair pulling for perfecting the macros for punching, clamping, sheet repositioning and other machine safety features.
