Does it happen when Mach is up or when the Machine is running ?
It has to be interferance from something.
I just use "sneaker"net between my two PC's .
USB stick handles it well.

I believe Brian meant to run the Drivertest program.
It should be in the Mach3 directory.

Should be a fairly smooth graph without alot of spikes.

Seems like you can get a 3 axis stepper controller that uses parallel and bypass the controller
that is has now.
But then the Font cartridge thing would be gone.

Does the engraver use steppers for the 3 axis's ?
If so it shouldnt be to hard to get it going.

Not at all a Mach guru but Ive been in the PC service biz for EON's.

It should have a filename or error code that its having issues with in the Blue screen.
Write that down and post it here.
