Hi Anthony,

its written with terrible hand writing, but here are those I could read....

1,2,3 Erdung: Earth potential
4,5,6 Nulleitung: Zero potential (in Germany Earth and zero potential are separated)
7: Strom ???: means the 220V power supply?
8: Fräse Strom: 220V power supply mill machine
9: Steckdose: 220V power supply power socket
10,11: Rele..?: Relay connectors
12: +12V: +12V supply
13: +5V supply
14: ?? Mase??: perhaps GND for +12V,+5V, for controller supply
15,16: +24V for motor supply

But    no guarantee!!!

Good luck and best regards,

Wolfram

VB and the development of wizards / How to get the loaded filename?
« on: January 04, 2008, 03:50:42 PM »
Hi,

is there any possibility to get the actual loaded filename as string in VB?

That would be a help for displaying if long pathnames does exist in your system, or for the
very nice "percent complete" function as descripted in another thread...

Thanks and regards,

Wolfram

Hi Scott,

your code is working well, but Ive attached the macro for you.

Wolfram

Hi Scott,

Systemwaitfor doesnt work while debugging in the VB-Script editor!

Ive inserted the code into a M~ macro and use it in my code.
That works very fine...

Good luck,

Hallo Herbert,

Hi Graham,

Hi Simon,

you can access the tool table with following G-Code:

G10 L1 P~ X~ Z~ (Description)

P = Tool Number
X = Diameter
Z = Offset

Modbus / Problems with communication
« on: May 10, 2007, 04:37:44 AM »
Hi,

Ive problems with communication of ModIO and Mach3.
If I read the Board with the Serial Control Monitor (57600 Bd) anything is ok, I got the correct data
of connected devices without any error (Status: no error).
The communicaton LEDs are flashing fine an without any timeouts.

But in the Mach3 ModBus Status & Control Window I got every second an timeout error...

What could be the problem, (Ive tested it on several PCs with same results..)

Best regards,

Wolfram
