HiCON Motion Controller / Re: HiCON Integra 7766 Install in Quad-Z Axis Router Table

Hi! Thank you for sharing this project with us!
Until now there's surprisingly few discussions about HiCON/Integra in here. Maybe most integrations have been as easy as ours (see our thread HiCON/Kuhlmann and some videos on Youtube).
After using Vital Systems dspMC/IP since 2008 and now the new HiCON I must highlight how reliable they are in production when comparing to the first Mach tweaks... We have now close to 4000 production hours with one of the very first dspMC/IP controllers here!!
Our next cas will be old CNC lathe where Bosch Alpha 2 was used to control 2 pcs 20 Nm DC servo's and sturdy 16 kW spindle motor (servo).
This is clearly a case for dspMC/IP as the control is classic +-10V.
