Thanks John
It sounds a little (more than a little) tricky, but I will be trying very hard tomorrow.
I think I have the latest version of Mach3
Tweakie - could you lend a hand with your expertise
It is very important and could lead to many Mach3 comercial units

waiting - but very excited

Thanks you guys

This is very important to us

Where do I find out about these commands, and how they work?

I am using a smooth stepper, so could use a second Breakout board I think

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Here is my simple G code for a tying machine-M3, M7 and M8 run solenoids.
X and Y are servos for a wire feed and a wire twister -
The cycle takes about 3.5 Seconds - I need to run in 2.25 Seconds and most of the time seems to be in the execution between comands and not the servo speeds.
Anyone's help would be worth some money
Thanks

General Mach Discussion / Input pins & Auto load a program
« on: December 28, 2012, 09:28:32 PM »
I need all input pins (without ESTOP) I don't need the ESTOP
I give the Estop an unused pin and when loading Mach3 the ESTOP error notice comes on.
How can I get rid of this error message ?
This is for a commercial machine so can't have the error message.

Also is there a way to load Mach3 and have a program auto load?

Thanks

General Mach Discussion / How to Jog X+ with an external switch
« on: December 11, 2012, 01:54:24 AM »
Is there a way to jog X+ (Right arrow) from an external switch without a keyboard emulator?

Is there an OEM code for that or is this a dumb question?

I am running 2 screen functions with external switches, so OEM codes work there.

Could someone explain the EMULATED input check box on Input pins- How that works -  could use 2 more external switches - I'm Poor at electronics

I meant the servo is in-sink, or what ever the right name is, charged or alive?

Thanks
