General Mach Discussion / Startup/Shutdown signal for Compumotor/Parker Zeta controller

I am looking for a way to turn the Compumotor/Parker Zeta controllers on and off then Mach3 program starts and terminates, similar to the Charge Pump signal for Gecko drives. However, the Charge Pump is a high-frequency signal, while I need just constant +5V to any output pin (1, 14, 16, or 17) when the Mach3 program is running.
