General Mach Discussion / Newbie needs some info/help

I'm told it works with Mach2 but haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Basically I'm looking for advice on how to learn to best use this machine.  Any books, video's, or any other type of recommendation would be very welcome!  My background is not in machine!
