Mach3 and G-Rex / G-rex software

when I open my Mach 3, it does not show Mach4 at the top of the page should it. The G 100 set up guide does look the same as the screen. I am trying to set up the g 100.

No I have not loaded firmware, can not load, what I am trying to find out is the unit working.

Can anyone help me with a G100, I plug the wall adapter in the and only the CH-1 lights come on very dim is this correct .
