They are all ready in the post processor list, from Mach2 to Mach 3_4 including MM, Inches, arc and rotary post P
Express is the entry level, Insignia is directed to woodworkers/cabinet shops. Pro another step up but if your a jeweler you will need to look to ArtCam Jewelsmith which specializes to the jewelry industries & includes the gem library keyshot among other specialized jewellery tools

What's your question about ArtCam, are you asking if a postp config manual is included? then yes
I write the postp's for Mach3/4 which is include within ArtCam, If you're an ArtCam user and you need something specific then it's easier to make a copy of the post and edit in your required changes. Just remember the post written for ArtCam is not interchangeable with other programs

Every program's syntax to machine for post processors vary in some form
so it will depend on what program your using, some will supply postp configuration documentation with the program

Uncheck the create with arcs under the circle creation tool, the circle will then be created with beziers
