Thank you Jeff ,
I'm sorry, this is terminology mistake. Yes I'm looking for a speed controller which drives 12VDC motor and controlled by PWM impulses generated by Mach3
I'm looking for a diagram or something from the shelf.
Best regards

General Mach Discussion / PWM inverter for 12 VDC motor

Hello everybody!

I have 12VDC spindle motor. Can you point me to a good PWM inverter which can be controlled by Mach3 (speed an direction)?
Thank you in advance

Hello Brett .
I already have 4 axis CNC mill machine and I'm going to build 3 axis CNC PCB engraver. Now I'm using CNC mill for PCB engraving, but due to table restrictions and slow speed of axis I'm looking for another solution. I will use one machine at time.

General Mach Discussion / set up for two different machines
« on: March 08, 2007, 06:01:26 AM »
Hello Everybody!
I’m going to build another CNC machine, and I’d like to control both machines by the same Mach 3 software  . My question, is it possibly easily change set up between two machines? The machines have absolutely different controllers, lead screw, purpose and so on. Can I change set up during start up of Mach 3?
Thank you in advance
Vladimir

General Mach Discussion / Re: Assign commands to joystick
« on: September 04, 2006, 06:00:13 PM »
Eugene. Try this; after you are plug in the joystick transmitter into USB port Windows prompts you that a new device found in USB port and asks a software disk for this device. Don’t use original Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 CD, just let Windows to find appropriate program itself. The profiler conflicts with Mach 3 and lead to unstable work of Mach3 and Windows. I had this problem on two PC and other Mach3 users complained about this problem. If you already installed the profiler, reinstall it. Try to use drivers from different joysticks; I used Microsoft Sidewinder Joystick software it works well.
Good Luck
Vladimir

General Mach Discussion / PCB milling
« on: September 01, 2006, 03:24:15 PM »
Hello everybody! I have far-fetched question for this forum. I noticed some guys using Mach 3 for PCB milling, my questions for them. What king of end mills you use for this job? As I understand, it should be some kind of very high RPM carbide end-mills. Please inform me about suppliers of all this stuff and carbide drills also.
Thank you in advance
Vlad

Hello Keith! Where did you find pcb-gcode.ulp file? I have Eagle 4.16r1 version and I couldn’t find such file. I checked up Eagle website and found nothing. Can you upload this file for me , please.
