General Mach Discussion / My stepper motors don't move anymore

Hello everyone,
I have a USB RNR motion card wich I used for a DIY cnc.
I made an interface of my own wich worked fine for at least 1 year now. Suddenly it doesn't ..
What changed is I added more buttons with script that load pre-made G-codes. Since then it doesn't work (the motors don't move, I receive the signals of the inputs and outputs I am using)
The thing is when I load the default profile of mach3mill the motors work fine.
Absolutly no inputs/pins/general parameters ...etc have been changed.
If anyone can offer a proposition it would be really helpful

Ps: I am thinking about restarting everything from scratch at this point but this ttok me at least 1 month to make at first so if I can shorten that time I would be extremly thankful
