Thanks for the explanation, I use Mach4 but notice the Regfile doesnt match what I have set in the GUI ?     in fact its in Imperial and not Metric I will have to do some experimenting.

How have you turned anti dive off ?   I`m struggling to understand what values to use for the adjust rate

I think thats what Im going to do, i will use the Mach3 post processor in sheetcam . This seems to work a lot better. 

Can I also ask what settings you have in Mach4 for you THC anti dive etc ?

PoKeys / Pokeys57CNC and Plasma Sense Out no Z Movement

I have built a CNC Plasma table and have everything working fine with the THC turned off. If I turn on the THC I can see Arc ok and Torch up/down signals going to Mach3 but the torch height just doesn't change. Ive followed the guides Polabs provide I`ve even installed a new PC and new software. I`m running a fully licenced version of Mach3. I have created a support ticket with Polabs but they have yet to respond.   If I had hair I would of pulled it out by now.
