Mach3 and G-Rex / G code in larges it self

Hi so my design is only 40mmx40mm but when I start it going it in larges it to more like 80mmx80mm any ideas would be helpful please

Yes I know that it’s defo not due to the limitations as I have uninstalled it and reinstalled without the driver and loads perfect but then the cnc will not drive
Re load it with the driver and the code not work right but I can get the cnc to move

I’m so confused so if I install mach3 on my pc (win xp) with the driver part my g code doesn’t loads but is not right in the tool path if I load it without the driver part it loads perfect but then can’t use the cnc 🤯🤯 I’m using a hobby cnc desktop with lpt port please help Iv tried lots of different g codes
