General Mach Discussion / Intermittent Jogging Function

Hello Everyone
I'm setting up a new build with Mach3 & a ESS but having issues with Jogging functioning intermittently despite Gcode appearing to run perfectly.
Jogging will function perfectly sometimes then a few seconds later maybe not at all, then a lot of the time only some axis and directions. Digits keep moving on the screen even when motors aren't functioning.
Seems completely random but if I run a Gcode file it appears to work perfectly.
Any ideas?

Hi,
I've got a Mach3 with ESS setup that I'm trying to get functioning properly for the first time.
The issue I'm having is that when jogging or manually entering a coordinate the stepper motors only function intermittently while the DRO's keep moving. Interestingly, if I run a file they appear to work perfectly.
Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks
