Hi all.
I have not been on the forum for a long time. Been fighting and working and fighting and spending money on no good products.

I need some good advice please.

I need to know what make , model of motion control card i must buy for my machine (no chinese crap).

My machine is running with nema 34 stepper motors, 2.2kw 24000 rpm spindle water cooled.
4 axis. Z, Y, X,A(slave to Y)

It needs to be a ethrnet or USB card that can control my steppers and my spindle.

What do you guys say what is the best controller at the best price that is 100% mach3 compatible (plug and play)

General Mach Discussion / 4th axis and mach3

Ok here we go.
I am trying to setup my 4th axis in mach3. This is what I have done so far with no luck.
I have got Mach loaded on my laptop, windows 10. I have 4 NEMA 34 steppers and drivers and 1 NEMA 23 on the 4th rotary axis plus driver.
Then I have a novusun 6 axis controller USB. I have setup X,Y plus slave as A axis and Z axis in ports and pins and motor tunning. I then setup my 4th axis as the B axis. The problem I have is that the 4th axis is not turning and the DRO is not moving when I am using the MPG in mach3. When I deactivate the slave A on the Y axis then the DRO on the 4th axis starts running but the motor still don't run.
I just don't know what ells to try, please I will appreciate any help you guys and girls can give me.

Hi all.
My name is Paul steyn from South Africa. I have build my first (small)CNC machine about 6 years ago running mach3 and it's been working fine. I have now build a bigger machine and sorting out the control's and a few machanical things. And this is where I have incounturd my first problem. But I will post it in discussion.
