General Mach Discussion / CNC Masters 1440 lathe to mach3

Has any one upgraded from the CNC MASTERS MasterXU software to Mach3?

I have seen this discussion started but have not seen any results.

I have not been happy with this cnc masters software.
can save the X off sets yo have to physically move tool to X0.0 and reset to zero every time you start the program etc.
that does not work to well when you have something set up between centers.

I have been around a while I have built an engraver that i learned Mach2 on I need to get my self off of mach2 and go on to Mach3.  I am building a plasma cutting table that willl cut a 6'x12' sheet of metal.
I will be using a four axis controller built by campbell  designs.  I will be using rack and pinion drive using a slave on the long axis.  I has also purchased sheet cam to work with Mach3.
