I have got one or two issues with the homeing on a 4 axis machine using a Aliencnc board. Issue one. Each axis has a pair of switches ,so home switch is shared. The Z and X work to a point. They both come to their switch, trip it and home off. However (issue 2) I cant set any axis to home at full speed and then slow jog at the end. I'm sure this is down to me and my settings!(speed is set to 20, slow Zone 1, auto Zero selected, in the config section) Back to issue 1. The Z and A axis are slaved, but of course have a home switch each. Now my understanding of Mach3 was that if the gantry was skewed it would hit the first switch, home off and then continue with the second axis and do the same. Whats happening is that its hitting the limits, tripping a reset. After the reset the A axis switch has been changed from an active high to an active low setting in ports and pins so it has to be changed back to high, so I can jog off. Any help please Regards Hungry.
