Hi Craig. Thanks for your help yet again. See attached photos. When I create the shortcut and cut and paste I don't get an icon that opens a Mach3 file. When I click the icon on the desktop I get the data that is on 2nd photo. Any thoughts. Trevor

Hi. Many Thanks for getting back. I think have managed to Clone the Mach3mill profile and called it Mach3IMP (see photo). How do I get it as an icon on desktop? I have right clicked and hit "create shortcut" but it takes me to realms of files. I'm obviously missing some step.

Hi Guys. This may sound a simple question to most of you but can anyone outline what I need to do to create a 2nd profile which I can set up as metric. Can I get a 2nd icon on the desktop?

Craig. What smooth stepper do you use? My machine is a Chinese 3040, whats involved in converting? If you know.

Getting screen attached when I uninstall but still question mark  against device driver as per earlier photo. Did a complete uninstall and reinstall of Mach3 but still the same result.

I did the reboot before I opened the software but it looks as if something went wrong. Hopefully you can help as I am more used to Mac computer. Do I left click on the Mach3 driver to delete? Then do I download a driver from the internet?

Hi Craig.
First of all a big thank you for your help and advice last weekend. Loading the Mach3 software was down to the updates as you suggested. I finished up re-loading a clean version of Windows 7 with updates now switched off. Software loaded OK.
I have attached a photo of my listed devices from the Device Manager, Is this suggesting that the driver has not loaded?
