Hello everyone, I am experiencing this issue also.
After some times (and broken mills) I concluded that once I click cycle start, one of the axis, once 2 axis, simply jumped from zero to some random number. As soon as I detect the shift I stop and send to zero, proving that Mach 3 simply changed the zero. It is like I click start, and, for instance, Z jumps to +15.423mm, as the code send the mill to +3, it rammed the part and break the tool.
When that happens with X or Y, you see when it begins to make the shape off place. While moving back to zero you see the zero has shifted.
We are going to zero after EACH operation to track down, and now I do know that the zero shifting happens at start cycle.
