The point of verifying the axis is to check if you are still at home, or of you lost any steps.
Z inhibit the z axis would not check any think on the Z.

Maybe Art can look at the code to see if the tool length can be ignored.
Thought  Is that button in VB script??

Verify axis in Mach3 2.004

Is there a way to verify the axis without having to clear the tool length offset first.
Because if you don’t clear the tool offset first and the Z is at the home position, the Z move in the plus direction the amount of the tool length offset, which causes the machine to crash in the end of the travel bypassing the zero switch.

Hi Richard,

I have posted a short video clip on my web site, its not cutting anything but you can see it in motion.
Rapids are at 250 IPM, feeds are at 100 IPM and the spindle is running at 8000 RPMs.

General Mach Discussion / Macropump
« on: March 26, 2006, 10:11:48 AM »
I would like to run a macropump to fire a lubrication pump to oil the ways of the machine.
Is there a function tied to the Maintenance statistics ?
The total distance the axles travel would be allot better then a timer to fire the lube pump.

Any ideas on this are welcomed.

Thanks,
Gerald
