Hello everyone,
So I have been running Mach 3 for about 8 years now and love it. I do have an issue with the "RUN FROM HERE" command. If for some reason I need to stop a cutting program or maybe catch a false limit trip I normally use the RFH command. When I hit the "CYCLE START" the "Z" will go up to MAX travel and hit the limit switch. After posting this question on CNCzone.com everyone feels this is caused by Mach 3 and not my CAM G-code generator which is RhinoCAM. They have pointed me towards Config/Safe Z. So my question is can someone explain in detail what the settings should be in Config/Safe Z to prevent this issue from happening or am I looking in the wrong place? :'(

Thanks in advance

Steve

Hello everyone
This is my 1st post here and hoping to get some help. i bought this (see attached pic) 5 axis breakout with V5 relay years ago and has worked fine.Purchased from Keling. Now I need to configure for spindle control but lost the wiring drawing. The pins are NOT numbered so it makes it hard to know what to wire to. I do Know the 2 pins right next to the USB are the relay outputs but where do I wire for the Speed control and what numbers would I use for config in Mach 3? Can anybody lend some guidance on this board?

Thank you
Steve
