General Mach Discussion / thanks for the add

hi All,
I'm new to "home made plasma" when I worked in metal fab company as account manager we had one in the factory ART, but I only did drawings for it. Now I have my own small business making Teardrop campers, was a hobby.

we have Multicam CNC router which we have used for years.

but this homemade one is a bit different, whole new learning curve. Anyhow we have it all working, bar the flat spots on circles and learning cutting speed and air pressures. we will get their.

thanks again
Frank

hi Everyone,
only new at cnc plasma, purchased a second had home made cnc, using logitrol controller sheetcam and Mach3 software, finally ironed out firing problems etc.

but when I cut circles I have a flat spot "like a flat tyre" parallel to x axis.

anyone know if it could be a software problem of the motor on the Y axis may have a problem. any thoughts would be appreciated?
