There is a CV tuning wizard that will actually let you control how fast the machine goes into and out of corners, etc...  Slowing the corner speed may allow the higher accel rates to not impact the cut quality.
CV tuning wizard It does not work correctly for me.

I'm interested too.
I suppose that does not work. Just at low speeds is not noticeable.

Myrickman,
For a PC without a video card, the settings like in the photo will help.

Mauri,
I cut circles at a speed of 25,000 mm / min. They are even (circles rotate 360 degrees in the cut metal), just like the circle in Post #1, the circle #1.

Mauri,
You gave code in Reply #18. The machine is busy now. I will conduct tests as soon as I can.
For tests you can draw several circles: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 mm.
I will correct the code from the router to the laser and do tests at a speed of 25 - 35 m / min.

What type motors are you using to drive X/Y axis CNC machine?
Reply #7. http://forum.machsupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,38808.msg262086.html#msg262086
I use the HIWIN TMN93E series rotary engines. https://www.hiwin.com/torque-motors-rotary-tables.html
Quote
Are they rated to run at the 26,000mm/min F Speed you say you have tested?
I set the speed in Mach4 55000 mm / min. Engines had no problems with rotation.
The buyer reports that he does not need 55000. He needs a cut at a speed of 35000, and an empty displacement of 40,000.

What speed have your set the Mach4 configuration "Velocity Units/Min" on Motors 0 and 1?

Mauri,

You have to program the Circles to use X/Y not just transpose them.
I use Camduct 2018, i can not get to write the gcode of the circle G1. Only G2 / G3.
Quote
I have run your G-Code under simulation and the Cut Path follows the G-Code Circle.
At what speed? At speeds up to 10,000 mm / min, a good circle.

Have you checked that your X/Y that your Steps per MM in the Mach4 are correct by measuring distance traveled with a Slip Gauge and a good dial indicator?
Yes. http://forum.machsupport.com/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=37691.0;attach=49161;image How accurate should the setting be? 0.01 is enough? 0,001?

I think this is your issue and not the Mach4 program.
Maybe...
But Mauri, I can not understand the following questions:
1. On this table, Mak3 cuts well. All circles.
2. Mach4 cuts well, when the arc is defined by one line.

3. Mach4 cuts badly when a circle is set by two dvigami.

4. You tested mach4 at speeds above 10 000 mm / min, to say that mac4 works without errors?
5. Why does Mach3 cut well, and Mach4 is bad (on the same machine), but you say that I have a problem, but not Mach4?
I can't cut the code you gave right now. I do not have axis Z and A. I need to edit it.

Mach4 reports an error.

Hi,
I conducted cutting tests at different speeds.
26 000 mm / min - the incision is not round.
16000 mm / min - the incision is not round.
6000 mm / min - good lap.
The speed changed in the file GCode.
The speed of the CV set to 500. The braking is not visible, as if mode CV is not on. Squares and rectangles are cut well. If mode CV is turned off, the squares are cut badly. So mode CV is on and does not work on arcs.
