General Mach Discussion / Xbox controller for Mach3 (files needed for setup)

I've just watched this YouTube video several times in preparation to set up my Xbox controller for Mach3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-N0IANZcAFg
I've downloaded both the Directx redist file as well as the dxwebsetup file from my office computer to a thumb drive. In the video he states that he "clicked" on the dxwebsetup file and his computer automatically downloaded the necessary file.
My CNC computer is not connected to the internet, so my question is.... What is the file that is automatically downloaded ?
