General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 axis problem..pl. help

I'm using a simple 3 axis machine run on mach 3. I have a problem in y axis( 2 stepper motors). Everything is fine when i do mannual jogging. But when i start a g code, one of the motors stop, showing an error indication on the stepper drive. if i stop the program and try to jog, it doesn't work. If i restart the machine all the motors become active. pl.help
