The black box works fine, pretty much most of the signals all come through.  Its getting Darwin and Mach4 set up. I think when I eventually cotton on and get to grips with the  interfaces and understanding the correlation between the two, it will come together seamlessly... Says he hopefully.

Beautiful, found under machine.ini for my profile, corrected it and up comes the display, thanks very much.

The LED works fine and in the display it goes blue when the I touch the pad on the probe. But when I select Z axis probe, Mach4 Enable button goes green instantly, and then it hangs for any further commands given. So if I try to enable again, it goes red but that's it. "Program not responding" and I need to reboot the PC because windows says an instance of the program is still running (after END program seems to have closed. 

This has to work, doesn't it? If Mach4 is getting the signals, its just the operator that needs counselling...

Must stop fiddling, its get me into trouble, I suppose there's no way to change it back to what it was? Hopefully they will sort my account out on Monday, then I can just update my key, funny how things all happen at the same time.....

Stupid q,

This means on my 3020 chines jobbie that the black box disappears and is replaced with the new motion controller card, and the steppers and limits etc are connect directly to this new board?

Is there code available / required when using Darwin, a clip on the tool bit and a copper touch plate? LED comes on when contact is made. Now just to automate it would be brilliant? The "Touch" button only refers to btn(114), so I assume no code in Lua for this, even though I'm using ver 3481.

I have the following error when closing Mach4;

Correct the script and restart.

Any ideas, thanks

Hi Craig,

All was fiddling with was the network service trying to connect to my home network, which has failed dismally, but for some reason the machine details have changed, very mystified. doesn't make sense.  Tried the system restore, but as luck would have it, that failed too and top it all,  my purchase details have disappeared from my account so I cant update my details and get a new code till they get back to me....

Hi, I too have this problem with mwSim.m4pw, seems like it appeared when I installed the latest version 3841. Using XP on an old machine. Also something has changed as its gone to demo mode and doesn't recognise my license either, if its not one thing its another...
