Sounds like its losing a few steps on that axis.

What are the cut parameters ?

I guess this is a stepper drive machine but does it use ballscrews?

i have switched connection x with y from stepper motor to the physical driver and ZeroX started working good but ZeroY lost reference.

Hello,
I am using chinese cnc router 6060 for aluminium. When i am milling my g-code program reference pointX is replace +0.3mm at the end.

I have added picture of cutting rectangle from 5mm aluminium sheet, deviation in X axis is increasing after one full circle (0.3 Z axis depth for passing)

After converting the x-axis with y in the physical driver, shift appeared in Y axis. I use Mach3 R3.041 with
USB E-CUT driver http://www.cnczone.com/forums/attachments/4/7/1/5/0/6/426584.attach stepper motor is 86BYGH450  http://duowei.cc/china/86bygh450.pdf

I use HsmWorks with solid works for cam.

Many thanks in advance,

Przemek
